Refund policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You'll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.

The following items are final sale:

• custom and personalized products
• clothing, throws & pillows
• earrings, beard combs & any other item deemed for personal use
• gift cards
• sale items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The item may also be returned in-person at our storefront, located at 155 Ontario Street in Stratford ON.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges 

Exchanges can be made in-store only and will not be accepted by way of mailing or shipping. Same criteria must be met as with the Returns policy above.
